Each menu item should serve between 15-20

Thank you for placing a catering food order for your event at Bier Station. Food orders or food order revisions must be sent to catering@bierstation.com at least FOUR days in advance of the event.

Food orders will be paid for the day of the event. Please let us know if someone else will be paying for the food order.

BBQ Pulled Pork Slider: 5 lbs of pulled pork served with farm to market egg buns, housemade pickle chips and BBQ sauce - $125

Carnitas Taco Bar: 5 lbs of pork carnitas served buffet-style with soft corn tortillas, picked red onion, cilantro, cotija cheese, roasted red pepper crema and house made salsa - $125

Deli Ham and Turkey Sliders: 10 of each ham and turkey sandwiches on farm to market egg slider buns with baby arugula, red onion, tomato and mayo - $60

Bavarian pretzels: a spread of bavarian pretzel bites from farm to market and Dusseldorf mustard and beer cheese - $50

Tomato and Cucumber Bruschetta: served on slices of toasted and seasoned pretzel bread is a house arugula and spinach pesto with a tomato, cucumber, red onion, and garlic salad then garnished with parmesan and a balsamic glaze - $50 for one baguette. $75 for two.

Roasted Garlic Hummus: housemade roasted garlic hummus served with cucumber, pita, and carrots - $40

Veggie Tray: cucumber slices, carrot slices, celery sticks, red and green peppers, cauliflower, and broccoli florets w/ house made ranch dressing - $40

Smoked Wings: 80 applewood smoked wings with Carolina BBQ, KC BBQ, Mustard, on the side (hot sauce available by request) -
